We do not offer refunds. Every cohort seat we sell is sold as final. There is no automated window, no case-by-case review, no exception path.

If you are weighing whether the cohort is the right fit, write to sean@crossgen-ai.com before you register. We would rather answer the question now than have a refund conversation we cannot answer the way you want us to.

Why we set it up this way

This cohort runs on commitment. The seat you reserve is a seat someone else cannot take. Holding the policy firm keeps the room full of people who decided to be there.

How payment works

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card. Your purchase is complete the moment Stripe confirms the charge, and the seat is yours from that point forward.
