Why this cohort exists

I spent twenty-five years in operations before I started teaching. I sat in the meetings where AI pitches landed, watched the pilot get approved, and watched it die six months later because nobody on the inside actually owned it.

That pattern isn't an AI problem. The people who were supposed to use the tool never learned what the tool actually was, so the tool stayed on the shelf.

I built CrossGen AI because I got tired of watching that happen.

The premise is simple. The team you have is the team that will adopt AI. Not a new team. Not a contractor. Not the platform that promised it would do the thinking for you. So the question isn't "which AI should I buy." It's "what do I need to learn before any tool is worth picking up."

That's this cohort. Six weeks, a live room of professionals from every industry and role, one hour a week. It starts with how AI actually works, gives you one method for briefing it, then builds working artifacts around your own week until using AI is a daily habit. You do the work. I teach it.

I teach every class myself, on purpose. In the past year I've trained more than 1,000 people across industries, and the fundamentals room is the one where the change actually happens.

Background, briefly: twenty-five years in operations leadership, across U.S. Navy submarines, PCB manufacturing, Amazon's logistics expansion, and healthcare.

If any of that sounds like you, the cohort is open. If it doesn't, write me anyway. I'd rather tell you it isn't a fit than take your money for the wrong reason.
