A letter from the founder

You are the thought leader. AI is the thought partner.Six weeks to make AI part of how you work, every day.

Most people have tried AI. Very few use it every day, on real work, with real results. That gap is what this cohort closes. In six weekly classes, in a live room of professionals from a range of industries and roles, you learn what AI actually is, how to brief it with a repeatable prompting method, and how to build small working artifacts around your own week. Every class ends with you building something you keep. You leave with a daily habit, not a pile of notes. Don't Buy AI, Learn AI.

Six weekly classes, 60 minutes each, live on Zoom.

Every week produces something that keeps working after class, a prompt method, a working artifact, a scheduled brief, a connector into your own business.

Section 02 / Outcomes

What you'll walk away withWorking artifacts and a daily habit, not a binder of notes

Each class ends with something running in your real week. By week six the pieces add up to a working AI practice you own, a mental model, a method, artifacts in daily rotation, and an AI safety map.

  1. A clear mental model of what AI is (and isn't).

AI predicts the next word. It pattern-matches, it doesn't look up facts. Once you see that, you know why it can sound confident and still be wrong, and why you verify anything that matters.

  2. A repeatable method for deliberate prompts.

The prompting spine of the whole program, a repeatable step-by-step way to brief AI, practiced daily on your own work until the quality jump is obvious.

  3. Working artifacts, built live in class.

An email manager you use every day, a Monday morning brief that runs on a schedule, and a connector that answers from your business instead of the generic internet.

  4. An AI safety map and a daily habit.

You finish with an AI safety map of what to hand AI, and one small daily habit that keeps paying after the class ends. The hard part isn't day one. It's day two through 365.

Section 03 / Curriculum

Six classes. Each one builds on the last.

Six Monday evenings, live on Zoom. Each 60-minute class opens with a homework go-around, teaches one concept, and ends with a live build-along, so the work compounds instead of resetting.

AI Fundamentals, How AI Really Works Learn how AI works under the hood so you can start to use it better.

A working mental model, AI is a next-word predictor, not a database. You leave set up with Claude Desktop and Cowork, ready to prompt with intent.

Section 04 / Mechanics

How it works

Cohort size
Capped at 20 seats. The room is mixed across industries and roles on purpose, half the best ideas come from hearing what someone in a different business built with the same tools.
Format
Live on Zoom. Every class is recorded, so a missed Monday isn't a lost week.
Schedule
Six Mondays, August 17 through September 21, 2026. 5:30-6:30pm PT, 60 minutes each. Homework between classes is small on purpose, one deliberate rep a day on your real work.
How each hour runs
Arrivals, a homework go-around, one new concept, a live build-along, then Q&A and the next week's homework. You build in every single class.
Who it's for
Business professionals of every industry and role. No technical background needed. If you've tried AI and suspect you're getting a fraction of what's there, this room is built for you.
Who teaches
Sean Patterson spent 25 years in operations, on submarines, in PCB manufacturing, across Amazon's logistics expansion, and in healthcare, before moving into AI full time. He has trained more than 1,000 people across industries in the past year. He teaches every class himself.
What you bring
Your own Claude subscription (about $20/month). Week one gets you set up with Claude Desktop and Cowork, so all you need on day one is a laptop and an open mind. Everything we teach applies to other AI tools as well, though we primarily use Claude to teach.
What you leave with
A shipped artifact in daily rotation, a repeatable prompting method, a scheduled Monday brief, a connector into your own tools, your AI safety map, and a daily AI habit.

Section 06 / Questions

Questions you might have

Who is this for?
Business professionals of every industry and role. The room is mixed on purpose, an owner, an operations manager, and a marketing lead all get further, faster, by hearing what the others build with the same tools.
Do I need a technical background?
No. If you can write an email, you can do this. We start with what AI actually is, in plain English, and build hands-on from there. Being a little lost in week one is normal and expected.
What do I actually build?
Real artifacts, not exercises. An email manager you use daily, an About Me setup so AI knows your business, a Monday Morning Brief that runs on a schedule, and a connector into your own tools. Week six you ship the one you'd miss most.
Do I need to pay for anything besides the seat?
One thing. You'll bring your own Claude subscription, about $20 a month, so you have a real tool to work in during the cohort and after it. The principles carry to other AI systems, so the skills go wherever you go.
Is it online?
Yes. Every class is live on Zoom and recorded, so you can join from anywhere.
What if I miss a class?
Every class is recorded, so a missed Monday isn't a lost cohort. The homework go-around at the top of each hour keeps you in the thread even after a week away.
Refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds. The full policy is on the refund page (linked in the footer).
